Successful career pathways

Scott Enosa

First Nations Traineeship

Scotty is a proud Torres Strait Islander with heritage from the Kulkalgal (Warraber) and Gudaw Maluigal (Saibai) Islands. He found his dream career through Gunggandji Aerospace.

A chance encounter with our CEO sparked a mentorship that led Scotty to the innovative First Nations Traineeship program with Jacobs, an engineering company. His talent and dedication paved the way for a fulfilling role as a business development officer. Recognising Scotty's potential, Daniel offered him an alternative career pathway that changed his trajectory.

Elizabeth Ludwick

Aerospace Experience

Elizabeth, a Year 9 student of Gimuy Walubara Yindinji heritage, discovered her aerospace calling through our immersive
3-day program at RAAF Base Townsville. She soared in a helicopter simulator, had a tour of an Army CH-47F Chinook helicopter, explored engineering marvels, and met inspiring Boeing professionals.
"The time I spent with Boeing was pretty mind-blowing," Elizabeth shared.
This is the power of possibility. We're committed to creating more experiences like this, opening doors for First Nations people to thrive in the thrilling world of aerospace. A collaboration between Gunggandji Aerospace, Career Trackers' Work Shadow Program, and the incredible team at Boeing.
