CEO Daniel Joinbee in the US to build relationships with Native American businesses

In January 2022, Gunggandji Aerospace was born, bearing the name "Gunggandji" to reflect our CEO's heritage as a descendant of the Aboriginal tribe. This decision was driven by our commitment to raising awareness of Indigenous communities within the aerospace sector and providing pathways for their involvement in these exciting industries.

Today, our CEO stood at the prestigious venue of the White House, representing Gunggandji Aerospace alongside a delegation of Aboriginal Men and Women who share our vision. As discussions unfolded between the POTUS, Australian PM, and other leaders, highlighting the historic significance of 'The Dish' at Parkes, our CEO couldn't help but reflect on our own Aboriginal star stories and the pride instilled by his father. In collaboration with Supply Nation, we participated in the First Nations US/Australia trade delegation, engaging with leaders from Native American Nations, including the Native American Business Association - NABA, and government representatives from both countries. The outcomes of these discussions hold promise for future collaborations and opportunities.

This moment serves as a testament to our dedication to diversity and inclusion within the aerospace industry. As we continue to pave the way forward, Gunggandji Aerospace remains steadfast in our mission to elevate Indigenous representation and create lasting impact. Stay tuned for what lies ahead, as this is just the beginning of our journey towards greater inclusion and innovation.
